Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) is a transformative scheme by the Odisha government to provide financial stability to the farming community.

• Financial support of ?25,000 for small/marginal farmers over 5 seasons
• ?12,500 for landless agricultural households for allied activities
• Life and accidental insurance cover up to ?2 Lakh
• Interest-free crop loans up to ?1 Lakh

• Small and marginal farmers (up to 2 hectares of land)
• Landless agricultural laborers
• Vulnerable agricultural families (old/differently-abled)

• Aadhaar Card
• Bank Passbook
• Land Record documents (ROR)
• Ration Card

1. Register via the KALIA portal
2. Check name in the draft list displayed at Gram Panchayat
3. Submit "Green Form" for inclusion or "Red Form" for objection
4. Verification by local screening committee
