Kanya Sumangala Yojana

This scheme provides financial assistance to girl children in UP from birth through their higher education. The goal is to eliminate female foeticide and encourage education.

• Total financial assistance of ?25,000 (revised) in 6 stages
• Support at birth, vaccination, school admission, and graduation
• Direct transfer to the girl/mother's bank account

• Permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh
• Family income should be less than ?3 Lakh per year
• Maximum of two girls per family eligible

• Aadhaar of parents and girl
• Birth certificate
• Passbook
• Affidavit regarding family size

2. Login and apply for the relevant stage
3. Upload required documents
4. Verification by BDO/SDM
